Why She Takes This Personally
She Became Her
Own Patient First
In her thirties, Lorraine caught tuberculosis working in a New York City emergency room. Nine months of antibiotics left her exhausted, foggy, gaining weight, and reacting to foods she had always eaten. Traditional medicine had no real answers, so she went looking for her own. She found functional medicine, and with the right root-cause approach, her symptoms resolved.
Years later, perimenopause knocked her down again: weight gain, mood swings, no sleep, hair loss, and brain fog. Few doctors were paying attention to perimenopause then, so she trained with the ones who were, completing a fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and studying advanced endocrinology. She got herself back: a clear mind, steady moods, deep sleep, and energy she had not felt in years.
She had the medical degrees, the resources, and the discipline, and her body still changed the rules. That is why she will never tell you it is "just aging."
The Clear, Balance & Thrive Method
A Root-Cause Approach to Perimenopause, Menopause, and Hormone Health
Most plans start by balancing hormones. Ours does not. Dr. Maita developed the Clear, Balance & Thrive Method because she learned that you cannot balance hormones or promote a healthy lifespan and longevity in a body that is too toxic, inflamed, and sluggish to respond to them.
- Clear. Gut health and inflammation first. We clear the metabolic confusion, toxin burden, and hormone disruptors so the body can respond with renewed energy and vitality.
- Balance. Hormone and metabolic harmony. We teach how cortisol, thyroid, insulin, and sex hormones work together and need to be balanced, once your body is ready to respond to the hormones.
- Thrive. Longevity habits for life. We build sustainable routines so you stay Slim, Sharp, and Supercharged without living in restriction.
The order matters. Clear comes first, because you cannot balance or thrive when you cannot clear the toxins and inflammation.
The Expertise Behind the Education
Deep Training, Made Teachable
She has a teacher's mind and a healer's heart.
"I study the studies, so you do not have to."
Complex medical science translated into plain, practical guidance that you can follow.

From Our Members
"I found the 28 Day Detox nothing short of life changing. I had immediate relief from acid reflux (I was a 5-Tums-a-day gal), bloating, and all nasal and allergy symptoms. I also began to lose weight and now have more energy than I have had in a long time. I sleep better and snore a lot less."
"I am now a true believer. I had a lot of anxiety heading into the process, and I have never felt better. The prep week alone was eye-opening and invaluable.
